In connection with the launch of new colours for Active R3 Mesh, Malmstolen Colour Lab took shape. What began with a wider range of colour options and the possibility to choose a lacquered base became the starting point for a broader way of thinking about colour, materials and expression.
Malmstolen Colour Lab brings together our work with colours, textiles and materials in a living framework where function, comfort and aesthetics are closely connected.
Developed in close dialogue with our customers and with an understanding of how colour and form affect people, Colour Lab serves as a creative framework that makes it easier to adapt our products to different environments - with human well-being at the centre.
Colour & Form
Colour and form influence how we experience a space, how long we are able to stay focused and how secure we feel. Soft, organic shapes can create a sense of calm, while balanced colour palettes contribute to harmony and recovery.
