Växjö Lakers chooses Malmstolen for its administrative offices

When we visit Växjö Lakers at Vida Arena, ice hockey is always present. The offices overlook the arena, with the ice and stands just outside the windows. Here, close to where the team performs, the daily work that keeps the organisation running takes place.

The administrative offices combine private offices, open workspaces and shared areas. For Växjö Lakers, it is important that employees have well-functioning workstations and the right conditions to feel comfortable and reduce the risk of strain-related problems over time.

When several of the existing office chairs began to show signs of wear, while the organisation also needed additional seating, Växjö Lakers decided to take a broader approach and replace the chairs throughout the administrative offices.

Before making the decision, employees were given the opportunity to try Malmstolen for a few weeks. This allowed everyone to test the chair as part of their own working day. The fact that the chair was considered comfortable and worked well for different people, together with the price, ultimately determined the choice. The chairs were supplied by Input Interiör Växjö.

After using the chairs for some time, the experience has been positive. The team finds that Malmstolen makes it possible to sit comfortably for longer periods without experiencing physical discomfort.

At Vida Arena, many of the conditions for strong performance come together under one roof. On the ice, but also in the administrative offices, where the work behind the team takes place every day.
