Projektbyggaren creates a workplace with room to grow

Projektbyggaren develops projects from initial idea to finished solution. With expertise in areas including architecture, construction, energy, technical installations, landscape architecture and project management, the company brings several parts of the building process together under one roof.

Today, the company has nearly 70 employees and offices in Växjö, Kalmar, Karlshamn, Karlskrona, Malmö and Höganäs.

When we visit Projektbyggaren’s new premises in Växjö, we are welcomed into an environment that the team has helped shape themselves. The layout, colour scheme and choice of materials were developed internally, with the aim of creating a workplace that supports different areas of expertise, projects and ways of working.

An important part of the process was creating more space and better conditions for both current employees and future growth. There is room for focused work, project meetings and collaboration, while colleagues can move naturally between different parts of the business.

Projektbyggaren had previous experience with Malmstolen and was pleased with the chair. Choosing Malmstolen for the new office was therefore a natural next step.

“Everyone is happy with their chairs. They are comfortable, functional and stylish,” says John-Peter Lindberg, Structural Engineer at Projektbyggaren.

For Projektbyggaren, a good working environment is also an important part of achieving long-term growth. The right conditions have a positive impact on concentration, morale and recovery.

“A good working environment improves concentration and morale while reducing recovery time. It simply makes the working day feel easier,” says John-Peter.

In many ways, the new workplace reflects the company’s own approach: bringing together knowledge, functionality and a long-term perspective to create a complete solution that continues to work over time.
